As the 10Best Expert in Austin, Texas for USA Today, I created a weekly column highlighting the best dining, shopping, recreation and nightlife in the Austin area; as well as writing regular articles about what to do and see in Austin.
The Telegraph
As a regular hotel reviewer for The Telegraph, I am a regular contributor to the newspaper’s travel section, writing detailed reviews of hotels for Telegraph readers. While I am the designated Texas reviewer, I also am assigned to review other hotels around the world.

As a long-time editor at INMA, I have covered weekly international media news, written complex white papers on topics such as digital marketing and smart phones, written breaking news from international conferences, reported from study tours, covered and reported on live webinars, edited members’ blog posts, and contributed weekly to the INMA blogs.

Texas Dance Hall Preservation
As the Newsletter Editor for this organization, I write 4-5 feature stories for each quarterly newsletter, edit the remaining 5-10 stories, and do all of the graphic design and layout of the 15-plus page newsletter.

As a regular contributing editor at GoNomad since 2010, I have written regularly for our audience of independent travelers on destinations as diverse as Australia, China, Cambodia, India France, Switzerland, Chile and Guatemala; to features more in my own backyard around the USA.
